Hard Shell

The film Hard Shell tells the story of the life of a simple, good-hearted man named Siamak, who is surrounded by a group of hypocritical, deceitful people. Mojgan, his wife, keeps telling him he’s too naive and that anyone who passes by can easily take advantage of him. Even the driver at the donkey shelter sees Siamak and his son as quiet, powerless people—easy targets who can be fooled without much effort.
